Once the plugin is uploaded use the webshow media editor to add a 4shared embed link. Keep in mind that WebShow only displays media file types that will play in flash.

First off I apologize for my slow response. I can't seem to keep up with everything these days.

Most likely the problem is with the code that calls the xoopseditor class.

To remove the xoopseditors and use the plain text editor, edit admin/category.php lines 289 thru 311 and lines 493 thru 516.

Thanks for reporting back and letting us know your problem was resolved.

I have not changed the original download script because I think this is not a bug but an issue of file size and server settings.

First, Let's confirm that the script wrote the default player's settings to the database. Open admin control panel to Webshow|Player Editor and check if the default player (ID 1) is present.

Second, Please check if the you tube video was entered correctly. Only the Video Id portion of the you tube url should be entered. Example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xFnwzdKNtpI.

Edit (June 22)
There is a error in the frontside submit form that is setting the submitted entry's status to offline. Open admin control panel|webshow|media editor and check that the entry's Status setting is set to online.

If no luck with the above please provide some info on your xoops version, php version and a debug report if it shows errors (disregard the xoopstree warnings). If possible email or PM a copy of your source code from the failed page.

A bug was found in the Modify Category admin that allowed a category to be assigned to itself as a subcategory. This throws xoopstree.php into a loop that results in the internal server error 500.

If you experience error 500 in the Category admin, check the webshow category db table for an entry with cid = pid and change the pid to something else. The next webshow release will prevent this from occuring.
